siParadigm Diagnostic Informatics has a full time position open for Client Service Representative.
Clinical laboratory is seeking a full time employee to handle the following administrative tasks:
Communicate with customers throughout the day.
Responsible for customer supply requests, documentation and medical reports.
Facilitate the processing of cases in an expedited manner within the various lab departments.
Data entry, filing, record keeping.
Standard office hours 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to either come in earlier to stay late.
Requirements:
Lab setting experience preferred.
Conversant in medical terminology.
Completed High-school minimum requirement.
Strong computer skills, organizational and communication skills a must.
