siParadigm Diagnostic Informatics has a full time position open for Client Service Representative.

Clinical laboratory is seeking a full time employee to handle the following administrative tasks:

  • Communicate with customers throughout the day.
  • Responsible for customer supply requests, documentation and medical reports.
  • Facilitate the processing of cases in an expedited manner within the various lab departments.
  • Data entry, filing, record keeping.
  • Standard office hours 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to either come in earlier to stay late.

    Requirements:
  • Lab setting experience preferred.
  • Conversant in medical terminology.
  • Completed High-school minimum requirement.
  • Strong computer skills, organizational and communication skills a must.
