Mission and Vision

Founder's Vision

During my 12-year tenure as an Associate Medical Director of Quest Diagnostic Laboratories in Teterboro, NJ, and later as the Director of Clinical Laboratories at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Patterson, NJ, I experienced diagnostic laboratory services from a vendor’s, as well as, end-user’s viewpoints. While significant advances in diagnostics continue to be made, laboratories continue to fall short of meeting the customer’s expectations in one vital aspect, namely, personalized service.

We established siParadigm with the premise and the promise of providing truly personalized diagnostics to our client physicians and patients, and to be spearhead the delivery of “total” service that enables and informs appropriate and timely patient care.

Truly, Sherif Nasr, MD, Founder and President

We are committed to creating sustainable value by delivering an outstanding service to help our physician clients meet today’s changing healthcare environment. We improve the quality of patient care by providing results with the highest quality and an unmatched turn-around time (TAT). Our team strives to reach our objectives by continuing to grow and adapt to consistently meet the needs of our patients, client physicians, and healthcare system.
