President, Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Nasr is a nationally recognized Hematopathologist and thought leader in high-complexity Oncology Diagnostics. His expertise in the area has made him a sought-after advisor around innovation, corporate strategy and development, and leadership in pathology and laboratory medicine.

Prior to founding siParadigm, he was the Medical Director of Quest Diagnostics (Teterboro, NJ) and Director of Specialty and Clinical Laboratories at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center (Paterson, NJ).

Ahmed Badr
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Badr has forged an exceptional career and national reputation as a technology entrepreneur and IT executive. He joined siParadigm in 2016 as Executive Vice President with a mission to transform the lab into a digital, paperless enterprise that could rapidly scale both regionally and globally. Simultaneously, he expanded the company’s R&D in data science initiatives to deliver outstanding value to customers through advanced reporting, forecasting and trend analysis.

His success in these endeavors led to his promotion into the role as Chief Executive Officer in November of 2017. Prior to joining siParadigm, Mr. Badr co-founded and served as the Chief Information Officer of two Egyptian start-ups, ITWorx and Vezeeta. ITWorx, as a software development house, served international clients in the U.S., Canada and Arabian Peninsula, while Vezeeta was named one of the Top 5 Most Successful Start-Ups in Egypt by Fortune Magazine.

Bashar Dabbas, MD
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Dabbas joined siParadigm from Genoptix Medical Laboratory (Carlsbad, CA), where he was the Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer. During his tenure at Genoptix, he was also the President of Cartesian Medical Group.

Prior to his contributions at Genoptix and Cartesian, he served as President of Utah Pathology Services. Dr. Dabbas’ nationally noted business and laboratory acumen includes high-complexity diagnostics, solid tumor genomic profiling, biopharma and clinical trial support, medical affairs, quality assurance and improvement, and team development and leadership.
